In a universe of endless possibilities with bright synths and dark beats
pulsating throughout the galaxies of what we call rave, there is a common thread holding the alignment of each star in place:

Plur Tiger is our creative manifestation of this common PLUR thread found in the local and global rave scene. Comprised of dark and light colors representing both ends of the sonic EDM spectrum, she is a

true party animal who can cross into any imaginative or real world rave space.

Kandi making and trading is a significant act of PLUR unique to our local rave realm. A special moment in time where these four universal principles (peace, love, unity, respect) are acknowledged and practiced in the

form of a simple beaded bracelet. To mark a special memory, a new friend, or a wild adventure.

You can catch Plur Tiger shuffling, trading Kandi with everyone in sight, headbanging, and befriending other creatures as she journeys into many electronic spheres. Plur Tiger is basically your

best friend if your best friend was an epic rave tiger!

PEACE

Peace in the EDM scene means we can exist in the same place as one another without conflict or judgment. We’re all here to have a peaceful musical experience with individuals from different and sometimes opposing walks of life. On the dance floor, we’re all cool with each other and see one another in a new connecting light. This value teaches us that we can always choose to move in peace under the strobe lights and even outside of rave.

LOVE

Love is the glue that holds PLUR together as the most important value because without it we can’t truly respect one another, wholly unite with each other, or be at real peace with others. Love is defined by being unconditional, an awesome feeling, connection, and an action word. Love is limitless and there’s boundless ways to express it in
the rave scene, so don't be afraid to explore ways you can be more loving as you engage with EDM spaces.

UNITY

Unity is a byproduct of peace and for us, music is the magic that helps create a peaceful atmosphere where we can dance together and celebrate life together under our common love for EDM. Unity is also a choice that each
person makes individually. You can choose to be proactive in bringing people closer together or just be a
happy partaker of what unity is already here.

Unity can look like: Taking initiative to care for someone who needs it, hyping up the people around you and connecting with them, hosting a kandi making party, inviting loners into your group, taking the safety of your friends and other attendees seriously, uplifting others, embracing people as they are, and intentional follow-up in getting to know whoever you vibed with at an event.

RESPECT

Respect is having discretion for the feelings, wishes, or rights of others and not being harmful to an environment/the venue. It really comes down to treating others how you would want to be treated. Respect begins with recognizing the worth and value of another person and seeing them as a fellow human with feelings and dignity. It’s seeing nobody as below you because we are all equals.

Respect can look like: Saying “excuse me” while navigating through a crowd, being aware to not spill drinks on people, asking before interacting, picking up trash after yourself or others, watching where you go so you

don’t run into someone or elbow their face, listening when someone says “no”, getting out of the

way for medics, and abiding by event safety rules.

RESPONSIBILITY

Sometimes you’ll catch PLURR with an extra R on the end. Responsible raving is having control over your own actions and being conscious of how your choices affect others’ rave experience. Responsibility in no way cancels
out having fun - being responsible makes the fun more FUN because we're not risking harm to ourself or the
crowd. A great question to ask is, “Will this be beneficial or positive for myself and the people around me?”

Responsibility can look like: Holding one another accountable within your rave group, stopping something sketchy instead of letting it slide, knowing your limits and the limits of your friends, staying hydrated and fueled,

educating yourself on what to do in case of an emergency, and researching the event you want to

attend to make sure you’re supporting a safe and PLUR driven festival/rave.
